Hi, I’m tiffany!

I’m enthusiastic about helping people increase their capacity to move, feel well, and engage in an active life. My background is as an orthopedic physical therapist, a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, and a weirdo who enjoys exercise.

I believe there is no one right way to move or to engage with physical activity, and therefore my focus is on resourcing folks to find their own unique approach based on their unique body, lifestyle and interests. I am a movement optimist, so I believe that if you know what you want, start from where you are, and engage in progressions with compassion and curiosity, positive change is possible.

My work includes people of a variety of ages, bodies, fitness levels, and lifestyles, and my experience not only as a physical therapist and yoga therapist, but also as a person with a significant injury and persistent pain history, have afforded me many tools to help people with pain cultivate resilience and become the driver in their healing.

- Anatomy, biomechanics, and pain science modules for yoga teacher trainings
- Casses, courses, and workshops for yoga studios, gyms, and clinics (online or onsite)
- Private online consulting/coaching services for moving better and developing pain resilience
